Dated January 25, 1907...the consideration of this conveyance is that said W.H. Burress is to pay a note this given by him and me jointly to J.H. McGee for 5000.00 and to relieve me from all liability thereon the said note being secured by deed of trust heretofore executed by me on the lands herein conveyed and that the said W.H. Burress shall pay to me the sum of 5000.00 ten years after date with interest from date payable annually at 8 percent per annum.
