We understand that Mr. A.J. West has been employed to take charge of
the school at the College Building and will commence on Monday next.
Mr. West is a man of fine education and an experienced teacher.
Mr. Thomas Burress, Capt. J.W. Burress, Col. J.M. Wells, Mr. W.J.
Page, Rev. L.R. Burress and Dr. J.H.P. Stevenson, contributed last
Monday, handsomely to the material aid of the Pleader.
Dr. G. Savage, Lecturer on Physiology in the University at Jackson,
Tennessee visits the Henderson Institute once every two weeks,
alternating with the University since the death of Dr. Crook.
