Ben Bullard

Sand Springs burial For Ben Bullard Ben Bullard, 90, died Sunday, Oct 9, at the Graceland Nursing Home in Pontotoc after an extended Illness. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Pleasant Dale Baptist Church. Services were held at 3:30 p.m. Monday at the Sand Springs Methodist Church with the Revs. Jimmy Grubbs, Charlie Swords and J. W. Bullock officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Browning Funeral Home of Ecru was in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include one son, J. B. Bullard of Hurricane; two daughters, Mrs. Jewel Warren and Mrs. Ruthie Garrison, both of Hurricane; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Ben Bullard, b. 25 Nov 1892, married Beatrice "Bea" Ross, b. 16 Apr 1896, daughter of Ben Ross and Adeline Graham Ross. They had 5 children. Ben and Bea are buried at Sands Spring Cemetery in Pontotoc County.
