These missing marriages cannot be found in the Circuit Clerk's Office. They were destroyed during a storm that passed thru Pontotoc County in 1936. However, in the late 1920's and early 1930's, these marriages were reported to the State Board of Health and are now on microfilm. The booklet of "Missing Marriages" is 45 pages which includes the Bride Index.
