On the application of Silas Perry it is ordered that letters of administration be granted him on the estate of David C. Perry dec?d on his entering into bond in the sum of one thousand dollars with John Perry Sr, his security bond taken and oath administered.

On the application of Silas Perry it is ordered that William Havard, Oliver
Sturdivant and Neil McCraine be appointed appraisers on the estate of David C. Perry dec?d.

On the application of Silas Perry adm of the estate of David C Perry dec?d.  it
is ordered that said adm?t have leave to sell all the personal property belonging to said
estate on a credit of nine months, purchasers giving bond and security according to law.
