present:  Thomas H. Proper presiding justice and Edward McGehee Esqr and associate justice  Hugh Connell sheriff and Benjamin Eccles, Clerk

order that William Miller be appointed a constable for the Fort Adams beat upon his entering into bond as prescribed by Law

Jas E. Waller vs John Brown  the defendant came to court, confesses judgment, stay of execution six weeks

James Hunter vs James Reid judgment confessed for amount of note and interest

the state vs Dave  ordered that Robe m Gill be appointed counsel for the
prisoner

the state vs Dave  ordered the court that Nicholas Dorsey be appointed
prosecuting attorney in this case

J. L. counsel vs Fugua and Shaffer  continued by consent

Jesse H Cartwright vs Alex Ardry  dismissed at cost of appellee

J.K. Cook vs Wm. F. J. Nicholson  continued by consent
