In the name of God Amen I Andrew Lee of the County of Tallahatchie
and the State of Mississippi being of Sound disposing mind and understanding
do make and ordain this my last will and testament Revoking all other wills
heretofore made by me.

Item first, I bequeath my body to the Earth from whence it Came and my
Soul to God who gave it.

Item Second, It is my wish and desire and I hereby direct that my
burial and funeral expenses and all my just debts first be paid.

Item three, I Give and bequeath to my loving wife, Margaret Narren (sic)
Lee all my Estate both Real and Personal during the period of her natural
life and at her death to be Equally divided among all my Children Share
and Share alike.

Item fourth, I Constitute and appoint my loving wife Margaret Narren (sic)
Lee Executrix of this my last will and Testament.

In Testimony whereof I hereunto Set my hand and Seal this the 7th day
ofJune 1855.
