STATE OF MISS. MONROE COUNTY
In consideration of $550.00, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I convey and warrant unto I. L. LANTZ, the following described property in Monroe County, Mississippi, described as follows, to-wit:

"24 acres off the North Side of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, and 20 acres off of the North Side of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, all in Section 21, Township 14, Range 7, East, Monroe County, Miss. This being the same land set apart to me and the title to which was declared in me by the Chancery Court of Monroe County, Miss., in a decree recorded in Minute Book 13, Page 364".,

This is not my homestead.
Witness my signature, this the 20th June 1922,
Possession not to be given until Jany 1st, 1923.
