THIS INDENTURE, Made on the 9 day of July, A. D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty by and between Abe Lantz and his wife L. L. Lantz, of Monroe County, State of Mississippi, parties of the first part, and I. L. Lantz, of the County of Monroe, in the State of Mississippi, party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand-- Dollars, to them paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these Presents, GRANT, BARGAIN AND SELL, CONVEY AND CONFIRM unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, the following described Lots, Tracts or Parcels of Land lying, being and situate in the County of Monroe, and State of Mississippi, known and described as follows:
The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE 1/4 NW 1/4) and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (E 1/2 NW 1/4 NW 1/4) of Section 21, Township 14, Range 7, East, except Two (2) acres in the Northeast corner thereof, the same being two acres cut off by Matubba Creek, containing in all Fifty Eight (58) acres, more or less.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises aforesaid with all and singular the rights, titles, privileges, appurtenances and immunities thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, both at law and equity, unto the said party of the second part, and unto his heirs and assigns forever, in fee simple. And the said parties of the first part, for their heirs, executors and administrators, do hereby covenant and agree with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that the said parties of the first part will Warrant and Defend the title to the said premises unto the said party of the second part, and unto his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever, except on account of taxes due after the 1 day of Feby. 1920.

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, }
Monroe County. } Personally appeared before me A Notary Public, of the County of Monroe, the within named Abe Lantz and his wife, L. L. Lantz, who acknowledged that they signed, sealed and delivered the foregoing Warranty Deed on the day and year therein mentioned, as their act and deed.
