In consideration of $300.00 cash in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I convey and warrant unto Albert Holder the following described lands lying and being in Monroe County, Miss., to-wit:-
The North Half of the South East Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section 21, Township 14, of Range 7 East containing 20 acres more or less.
