Closed about 1959
Most
people in cemetery are descendants of Henry
Whitfield (Blanchard, Shaw, Willis, Davis,
Walker).
The
cemetery is private property and the overseer,
a distant cousin of mine, does not like
anyone to come there. However, he was very
nice and let Jack and I go out to the old
cemetery. He stated several of the older
gravestones were broken and plowed under.
I have photos of those remaining.
