}Dollar in hand paid and
}as a Donation for
}the benefit of the public I
}convey and warrant to C W
Russell & Lenburn Cullen Trustees of Arbor School and their Successors, the land described as one acre of land in S. E. 1/4 of Section 15 Township 8 Range 3 West. Beginning where the road running though my place [Wm. Turner] and entering the Rocky Ford road thence west with Rocky Ford road 13 Rods, thence South 13 Rods, Thence East 13 Rods, thence North 13 Rods to the beginning. It is distinctly understood that said land is to be for School purposes and for Sunday School and any regilious denominations are to have the privilege to preach there when requested by patrons of the Sunday School or public school. But Preaching is to be so arranged so as not to conflict with either of Said Schools. Said land situated in the county of Lafayette in the State of Mississippi.
Witness my signature the 11th day of Mch. A. D. 1895.

Personally appeared before me B. P. Gray Chancery Clerk of the county of Lafayette in Said State witness said Wm Turner who acknowledged that he signed and delivered the foregoing instrument on the day and year therein witnessed.
