Ellisville Junction Community Located east of Ellisville.
Contributed by Buster Valentine "Lanham and Ellisville Junction are really one and the same. Lanham is the name given to a side track of the old GM&O Railroad used for timber operations. Ellisville Junction is the name derived from the junction of the Ellisville rail spur with the GM&O Railroad. The junction is at Lanham, thus the name Ellisville Junction. The Spurline Road from Highway 29 at Tallahalla Creek to old Highway 15 is the original rail spur road bed."
