Itawamba County Courthouse built in 1852
This was the Itawamba County Courthouse built in 1852. It was built by J. J. Blythe, the same person who, in 1854, built the Old Tishomingo Courthouse that was in Jacinto, Mississippi. Itawamba's earlier courthouse was wooden. Photo courtesy of Bob Franks.
