Deed of A.C. B. Reagan to William Bailey

Know all men by these presents that A.C.B. Reagan for and in consideration of five hundred dollars to me is paid by William Bailey Sr.; all of the County and State of said have bargained and sold and as by these presents bargained and sell unto the said William Bailey a certain parcel of land lying and being in the county and State of said to wit the North half of the South West quarter of Section three of township Eleven Range Nine east containing eighty acres and to of and are but be the same more or less to have and to hold the same together with all the rights and privileges innumerate and apprertances of what soever maters there unto belonging with the said William Bailey his heirs and assigns forever in testimony where of I A.C.B. Reagan have here unto set my hand January 7th in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight.
