Probated July Court, 1833.
Wife: to have property received from her at marriage.
Son: James, to have ¼ section of land, on which we now live. All slaves to be kept on plantation in Hinds County, until children become of age (children not named). Exrs: Montalbert Edwards and Samuel Terrell.
Wit: Michael Schall, Meday Bozeman and James M. Terrell.
