Hinds County Gazette 1901

Capt. A.J. Willis, an old resident of Raymond died at New Orleans last Sunday, where he had gone for medical treatment.  He was seventy-two years of age and had been in feeble health for several years.
Capt. Willis was a native of Tennessee and came to Raymond many years ago.  He leaves one daughter, Mrs. Sterling White, of New Orleans.
