Located: Near the
intersection of the Adams Station and Morrison Cemetery Roads near Learned,
MS in Hinds County, approximately 100 yards from Adams Station Road on
a hill (S13T4NR3W).

Remarks: This old
cemetery is fenced, and generally maintained by family members. It
contains many interesting gravestones, and in later years was used as a
community cemetery as well as for the large Morrison Family. There
are many unmarked graves. Alexander and Nancy McDuffie Morrison had
six children whose descendants still live in the Learned area and in Hinds
County. Flora McDuffie, born in 1745 on Isle of Skye, Scotland, is one
of the oldest citizens with a gravestone in Hinds County.
