Located:  About 100 yards off Buck Williams Road to the left, off Fisher Ferry Road between Utica and Vicksburg, MS (S15T13N5E), out of sight of the public road.
Recorded:  By Mary Collins Landin, on 21 Sep 1978
First Grave:  1843

Remarks:  There are many many unmarked graves in this old cemetery, which is high on a hill and very well kept.  There is only one gravestone with McClellan on it, so many of the unmarked ones may be of that family.  Yellow fever hit hard in this area, and many of the graves may be that of yellow fever victims.  Revolutionary War soldier Caleb Potter is buried here.  Descendants of most of these families still live around Utica, and the cemetery is still in active use.  Many of these family names are the same as those at Bear Creek and abandoned family cemeteries near Bear Creek, and the families are related.   The cemetery is well kept by family members.
