Asa's possible middle name could be "Lee". He was born about 1858 place
unknown but lived in Leaksville, MS. where his son, Lee Roy WATSON was
born in 1894. I believe Asa had a brother named William. Asa was
married to Marchal Alabama ARD but they later divorced. She remarried
but I have no idea if Asa remarried. I am also trying to find Asa's
parents. This WATSON clan traveled back and forth between MS. to AL.

children, bought and sold land, owned a platation in Eret. His grandchildren, great grandchildren, ect., include the Dearmans, Lopers, Brown, Mcquires, Waldrop, Buckaloos and Masters.
Ben Sr. had a son Benjamin F. Woulard, wife Anne McQuire. A stepdaughter
Ella McQuire and a neice Elenor McQuire the daughter of his sister Dicey
Woulard McQuire Lofton. Sisters, Dicey, Harrette, Delia Elizabeth Gloria Woulard Dearman(Elisha).
Brothers Wilson, William James. My Great Grandmother also his sister, Mary Elizabeth Woulard, Moss (W.Y.), Buckaloo (Potolemy), Masters(J.O. or Henry). Ben, Jr. died in Statelline, Mississippi 1920. Civil war marker Stateline Cemetery. The Green and Wayne Counties still have Woulards but they are
all black. Does any one know where my White Woulards have gone. State line, while visiting, said they had never heard of any white Woulards. afterwards. Am looking for son John, b abt 1838-40 in Greene co, AL. Was
he still with the family? He married a Mary of somewhere, MS abt 1861.
Is he the same John Weems who served in the 2nd MS CAV? There is a John
Weems in the Copiah Co, MS 1880 census who is my gggdaddy, but am unsure

In the 1870 Census I find the family in the Wayne County going by William B
Stevens with wife Elizabeth and children Elisha, William, Elizabeth (born LA)
,Laviniise (F),Joel, John. I have seen this family on other sources with William B married to Eleanor
Cooley. This may be his second wife.Some of these children married into the
Cooley family also.Does anyone know where William B and Eleanor is buried? I
would like any information on this family. My husband descends form William

Winburn can be found first in the 1842 tax records in Greene County.
In 1846 he was appointed to the rank of Colonel in the Mississippi
Militia in Greene County. In 1859,1860, and 1861 he was a member of the Mississippi House of
Representatives for Greene County. In 1861 he became an officer
Company A - Gaines Warriors from Greene County area. He married Mary
Weems, daughter of James S. Weems, about 1853. Children included John

Mary died in 1871 and Monteville Winburn died in 1872. The children
were taken to Clarke County to live with the Weems family. There was a
WINBURN BRELAND in the 1846 and 1847 tax records and the 1850 census
( age 27 ), but no relation is known.

grandfather is William Wesley Walley, who married Sarah Jane Landrum.
They had two sons James Ray Walley and William Edward Walley. They had
three daughters Lois, Beatrice, and Willie-Pearl (Billie). I am told
that they lived in Greene County.

I am looking for any info on the ancesters of Harry Seabrook of Greene
County. Harry ran several gas stations, i think in mathersville. Johnny
Seabrook was a son and Ricky and Marvin are grandsons. Margaret Catherine
Seabrook was his daughter and my mother...her name was changed to Ida Mae
(which was her mother's name Ida Mae Rayle) after her mother died a few days
after giving birth to her. Also looking for my grandmother's family CRAMPTON ..she was Maggie
Rayle...her maiden name was Crampton...from Indiana. She and her husband
Ada Rayle lived on Mockingbird Hill in stateline by the school and the
church. Any info on these surnames would be appreciated. Thank you

Seeking information on Oliver Doss Lambert. He married Thelma Blount,
daughter of Ponce Moren Blount and Flora Oliva Mixon, probably in Alabama,
about 1916. Thelma died February 9, 1917 after giving birth to their only
child, Evelyn Lambert. Evelyn was raised by Thelma's sister, Edna Blount
Moore. Doss Oliver Lambert remarried and had several other children. Would
like the name of his second wife and their children. Thanks.
