On the third Monday, the 21st
of January 1840, will be exposed to public sale at the courthouse door of
Copiah County all the right, title, interest, and claim of William Sullivan in
and to 500 acres of land lying on Turkey Creek, the same land and place where
William Sullivan now resides and on which his plantation is cleared. Levied on as the property of the defendant William
Sullivan, and will be sold to pay plaintiff’s claims in the above stated cases.
