Administrator’s Notice

Whereas letter of Administration were granted to the undersigned by the Honorable, the Probate Court of Copiah County at the July term, 1844, on the estate of James W. Smith, deceased; Notice is therefore hereby given to all persons having claims against the estate of said descendent to present them duly authenticated according to law, or they will be forever barred; and all  persons indebted to said estate to made immediate payment.
