be sold at the late residence of Mason Reynolds, deceased, on the first
Saturday the 3rd day of February next to the highest bidder, as much
of the personal estate of said deceased as will be of value to pay the debts
against said estate, consisting of negroes, horses, farming utensils.
on the same day will be sold at the door of the court house, all of the
furniture in the Sheriff’s office belong to said estate, on a credit until the
first day of January next, purchasers giving bond with approved security.
