That the administrators of John J. Holliday, deceased, make publication in the Southern Star for six weeks successively for all persons having claims against said estate to present them duly authenticated within the time prescribed by law, or they will be forever barred, and those indebted to said estate to make immediate payment.

                                                            John W. Ainsworth, Administrator

[Transcriber’s note: Mary Holliday is Mary M. Ainsworth Holiday, wife of John J. Holliday.  John W. Ainsworth is Mary’s brother. John J. Holliday was 35 at the time of his death.]
