Executor’s
Notice
Whereas
letters testamentary were executed to the undersigned, Executor’s of the last
will and testament of James Welch, deceased, by the Honorable, the Probate
Court of Copiah County at its June Terms, 1838:
This is to give notice to all persons having claims against said estate
to present them duly authenticated within the time specified by law, or they
will be forever barred; and those indebted are requested to make immediate
payment.
