                                Guardian’s Sale

 

In pursuance of an order from the honorable the Probate Court of Copiah County at the regular February term of said court.

 

Will be sold on Saturday 13th January next to the highest bidder on a credit of one, two, or three years at the residence of the subscriber, the following tract of land being all the real estate of the minor heirs of James McRee, deceased, containing one hundred and sixty acres lying in township 1 range 3 west, and section 21 about 5 miles northwest of Gallatin.  Of this land there is about sixty acres cleared on which there is a good dwelling house and other necessary out buildings-also a good gin.  The purchaser will be required to give bond and approved security.
