Court, February Term 1838
On
the petition of John Tomlinson, administrator of the estate of Erwin J.
Tomlinson, deceased, for an order to sell a certain tract or parcel of land
belong to the said deceased, lying near the land of John Nevill’s. It is ordered that citation be issued to sell
to all persons interested in the real estate of said Erwin J. Tomlinson,
deceased, to be and personally appear before the Probate Court of Copiah
County, to be holden at the courthouse thereof, on the third Monday in April
next then and there to show cause if any they can, why an order should not be
granted to the said administrator to sell said real estate.

the 3rd Monday of February, 1838.
