Notice

Whereas letters of administration were granted to the undersigned by the Honorable, the Probate Court of Copiah County, at its December term, 1837, on the estate of David W. Vaughn, deceased.

Notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present them duly authenticated with the time period prescribed by law or they will be forever barred; and all those indebted thereto, are requested to make immediate payment.
