s.s. in Probate court June term 1838
On petition filed of the
administration of Cyrus P. Swinney, deceased, ordered that citation issue to
all persons interested in the following real estate of said deceased, to wit:
the South half of West half of Northwest ¼ of Section 10, Township 10, Range 6
East; also South half of West half of Northeast ¼ of Section 10, Township 10,
Range 6 East, to be and personally appear before the Probate Court of Copiah
County to be holden at the courthouse thereof on the 3rd Monday of August
next, then and there to show cause why an order should not then be granted to
sell the above described real estate of said deceased.
