Agreeably
to an order of the Probate Court at the above stated term, Notice is hereby
given to all persons interested in the real estate of Allen Cassity, late of
Copiah County, deceased, to be and personally appear before the Probate Court
of said county, to be holden at the court house thereof, on the 3rd
Monday of February next, then and there to show cause, if any they can, why
said court shall not then grant an order to sell the following described real estate of said deceased, to wit, the
W1/2 of the SE1/4 and E1/2 of the SE1/4 of section 27, township 1, range 1
west; situated in the county and state aforesaid.

the Honorable Stephen H. Johnson, Judge of Probate of Copiah County, the third Monday of December 1837.
