Pleasant Valley Methodist Church Cemetery

 

 

Pleasant Valley Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Copiah County, is near the intersection of Sylvarena Road and MS 28 between Hazlehurst and Union Church MS.

 

DIRECTIONS: [1] (From Jackson MS area:) Take I-55 South approximately 30 miles; take Exit # 61 (Hazlehurst/Fayette) right on MS 28 toward Fayette for 11.7 miles; turn left on Sylvarena Road for 0.6 miles to the series of log cabins located on the right; turn right on Pleasant Valley Road for 0.2 mile to the church and cemetery. [2] (From Brookhaven, MS area:) Take I-55 North to Exit # 51 (Sylvarena Road); turn left and continue for 8.3 miles to the series of four log cabins located on the left; turn left on Pleasant Valley Road for 0.2 miles to the church and cemetery. [3] (From Natchez MS area:) Take US 61 North to Fayette; turn right on MS 33 and MS 28 for approx. 1 mile; turn Left on MS 28 (to Union Church/Hazlehurst) for approx. 20 miles; continue on MS 28 through Union Church for approx. 16.0 miles to the intersection of MS 28 and Sylvarena Road; turn right on Sylvarena Road for 0.6 miles to a series of four log cabins located on the right; turn right on Pleasant Valley Road for 0.2 mile to the church and cemetery.
