Millsaps Cemetery, aka Old Pleasant Valley Cemetery

More detailed information can be found at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~barlow/OPV.html

According to the Copiah County Courier, a newspaper, in an article dated Wednesday, October 18, 1978, the Old Pleasant Valley Cemetery had been recently renamed the Millsaps Cemetery. The reason for the name change is that appears to be at least one other Pleasant Valley Cemetery in the County.

Go west from Hazlehurst on Hwy 28 to Sylvarena Road.  Turn around and go back toward Hazlehurst 7/10 of a mile and you should see a dim road leading off to the right and the cemetery is probably in sight since the clearing, being a few hundred feet from the Hwy 28.
