To the Honoralbe Probate Court of the county of Copiah in
the State of Mississippi
Your
petitioner Webster Gilbert administrator of all and singular the goods and
chattels rights and credits of Samuel B. Gilbert deceased late of the
county aforesaid would respectfully represent unto your Honor that the said
intestate died possessed of the following described estate to Wit: the NE ¼ of
NW ¼ and NW ¼ of SE ¼ of Section No. 6 Townshop No. 8 at range No. 6 E
containing 77.75 acres being the same on which he lived at the time of his in
the county of Copiah in this State and your petitioner would further represent
that it would be for the benefit of said estate that said lands should be sold
for the purpose of paying the debts of said estate an further your petitioner
requests that a citation may to all
persons interested in said lands t___ and hereditements to appear at the next
August Term of your Honourable Court to show cause if any they have why said
lands should not be sold and as in duty bound your petitioner will ever pray.
