"Mrs. M. E. Harper" inscribed in pencil on the folder.  Mother was Cora Enzie Harper (b. 1915) before she married Melvin (Wm. Melvin) O'Quin, & her mother was Martha Belle (West) Harper (b. 1890). Grandfather worked for the railroad.
