Students at West
Bolivar High School in Rosedale, Mississippi wrote these oral histories. The
histories were a part of a U. S. History class assignment given by their
teacher, Lisa M. Alford, for two years in 2005 and 2006.
An astonishing
amount of genealogical information is contained in each and every history
linked on this page. I’d like to thank all the students and interviewees who
participated. Their participation has enabled me to publish data that would
otherwise never be available to researchers.
