DEATH CLAIMS WOODY ROSS
Woodrow (Woody) Ross, age 56, died this morning at Magnolia Hospital after a lengthy illness.
A retired plumber and electrician, Mr. Ross was a member of the Wheeler Grove Baptist Church and a member of the VFW and American Legion.
Services will be Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church with burial in Forrest Memorial Park.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pauline Grimes Ross, two brothers, Willie and Tom Ross of Corinth, five sisters, Mrs. Mattie Lou Carman, Marked Tree, Arkansas, Mrs. Emma Spears, Adamsville, Tennessee, Mrs. Anna Carmon, Quinton, Texas, Mrs. Little Banks, Dover, Florida, and Miss Sib Ross, Corinth.
McPeters Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
